Cleaning Operative – Permanent, Full-time | RAF Alconbury & Molesworth

Role: Cleaning Operative
Contract: Permanent | Full-time Location: RAF Alconbury & Molesworth Hours: 40 per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM) Salary: £28,000–£29,000
VIVO is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to serve a growing team maintaining Military Family Housing (MFH). This is a mobile role, supporting multiple residential and non-residential properties on-site. You’ll work with a small, developing team—helping create and uphold operational standards from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform domestic and housing cleaning to a high standard, including deep cleaning tasks (e.g., ovens).
- Complete multi-property cleans within structured workloads, managing time effectively to meet operational demands.
- Travel between properties/facilities daily, supported by a company van and fuel card.
- Adhere to defined targets and KPIs to ensure consistent cleaning standards.
What You’ll Bring
✅ Previous cleaning experience (essential). Full training will be provided. ✅ Reliability and independence—work alone or as part of a developing team. ✅ BPSS clearance (or willingness to obtain it). ✅ Full driving licence. ✅ Ability to accommodate flexible hours, including occasional overtime (due to urgency) or cover work.
