TREVOR SQUARE

Rendall & Rittner

27000 Trevor Square, Knightsbridge - SW7 1DZ

Monday - Friday 0800 - 1700

DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

Set within one of Knightsbridge’s most sought-after addresses, this prestigious collection of just 40 residences blends modern luxury living with a striking 19th-century listed façade, originally part of the former Harrods depository. You’ll be part of a polished, service-led environment alongside a 24-hour concierge and security presence, with private parking on site and the Underground a short stroll away. Expect a calm, discreet atmosphere where attention to detail and a warm, professional welcome make all the difference to discerning residents.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the trusted daytime front-of-house presence, delivering a seamless, attentive service to residents, guests and contractors. Most days you’ll manage enquiries, coordinate access and deliveries, carry out building checks and keep meticulous records to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.

What Success Looks Like

  • Residents are greeted by name and supported promptly, with issues resolved at first contact wherever possible.
  • The front-of-house, lobbies and shared areas are immaculate, safe and always ready to impress.
  • Accurate logs, handovers and incident reports are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Contractors are effectively coordinated, with permits, access and works monitored and communicated.
  • Proactive building checks identify defects early, with clear escalation and follow-up until resolved.
  • Strong collaboration with the wider concierge and security teams ensures consistent 24/7 service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
