CLEANER

Rendall & Rittner
£23,500
Stanmore Place - HA7 1FF
Mon - Fri 0700 - 1500

DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

You’ll be part of a thriving, contemporary community of 710 homes set across private and housing association buildings, supported by a 24-hour concierge team. The landscaped grounds feature a lake, children’s play areas, and a residents’ gym alongside a private car park, creating a lively yet well-kept environment where standards matter. With the Jubilee line close by at Stanmore Underground, the setting is both well-connected and welcoming, and your work will directly enhance residents’ day-to-day experience.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will deliver high standards of cleanliness across internal and external communal areas, ensuring a safe, tidy and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. You’ll follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules, respond to tasks from the on-site team, and take pride in maintaining the development’s presentation. You will work closely with the concierge and management teams to address issues promptly and professionally.

What Success Looks Like

  • Communal areas are consistently spotless, well-presented and ready for residents throughout the day.
  • Cleaning schedules are completed on time with accurate records kept for audits.
  • Health and safety procedures are followed, with hazards identified and reported immediately.
  • Waste and recycling areas are orderly, with collections coordinated and contamination minimised.
  • You communicate clearly with the concierge and management teams, responding quickly to requests.
  • Residents frequently comment on the cleanliness and overall presentation of the development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
