Falmouth Exeter Plus Cleaner Role
Falmouth Exeter Plus’s cleaning team are responsible for the management of our beautiful campuses based in Falmouth and Penryn, in the heart of Cornwall.
We are now seeking a Cleaner to join our friendly, close-knit team at the Penryn campus. You will be providing a high-quality cleaning service to support staff, students, public, and visitors alike. The cleaning department is responsible for a variety of duties to ensure the internal areas of the campus buildings are cleaned to a high standard, and the student experience is fulfilled.
These duties include:
- Mopping
- Vacuuming
- Cleaning a range of surfaces
- Using various cleaning equipment
- Looking after the cleaning cupboards and stock
You will be working on campuses that are full of creative minds, set within beautiful, vibrant, and subtropical grounds.

As a Cleaner you will be able to work within a team and independently, with a keen appreciation of working to a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety requirements. We are looking for applicants with a customer-focused background. Although not essential, experience working within cleaning would be welcomed, as well as a knowledge of basic health and safety guidelines.
Job Details
This position is permanent, part-time, 15 hours per week contract working 6:00am to 9:00am 5 days out of 7. Weekend working will be required approximately every 1 in 8 weekends. Please ensure that you are able to commit to these working hours prior to applying and that you can travel to work in time for a 6:00am start.
