About The Role
We're looking for a Cleaning and Laundry Assistant to join the Domestic Operations team at Malvern College. You'll help keep the school clean and welcoming every day for pupils and staff. This is a multi-site role based mainly at Malvern College, and you may occasionally be asked to work at The Downs Malvern.
What you'll be doing
- Cleaning areas of the school every day, including classrooms, offices, boarding houses and bedrooms
- Working to agreed timeframes, as part of the team or on your own
- Following health and safety procedures
- Working 5 days out of 7, which may include occasional weekends, with time off in lieu during the week for any weekend work
Hours of work
- 25 hours per week, part-time
- 41 weeks per year: 34 weeks during term time, 3 weeks spring cleaning and 4 weeks during the school holidays
