Kingdom is looking for a proactive, highly organised and people-focused Assistant Operations Manager to support the delivery of exceptional cleaning services at one of London's most prestigious corporate locations, Goldman Sachs, Plumtree Court.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring service excellence, supporting your team, maintaining high standards and creating a positive working environment for both colleagues and clients.

What You'll Be Doing
As Assistant Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of cleaning operations across site.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading and supporting a large cleaning team on a daily basis
- Managing rotas, staffing levels and shift cover
- Monitoring service delivery and maintaining exceptional cleaning standards
- Conducting regular floor inspections and quality audits
- Managing Helpdesk tickets and ensuring issues are resolved promptly
- Delivering toolbox talks and operational training
- Supporting employee wellbeing, attendance management and welfare checks
- Conducting return-to-work meetings and managing holiday requests
- Monitoring Health & Safety compliance and reporting incidents
- Maintaining accurate operational records and reporting
- Coordinating event support, overtime and resource planning
- Ensuring effective communication and handovers between day and night teams
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
Previous supervisory, team leader or management experience within:
- Commercial Cleaning
- Facilities Management
- Soft Services
- Hospitality Services
- Service Delivery Environments
You'll Also Have:
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience managing rotas, attendance and operational performance
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint and Helpdesk systems
- Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, audits and incident reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing demands
- A positive, can-do attitude and visible leadership style

Desirable Qualifications
- IOSH or Health & Safety qualification
- Cleaning Management qualification
- Facilities Management qualification
- Supervisory or Leadership certification
Screening Requirements
Successful Applicants Must Be Able To Provide
- A full 5-year employment history
- Two satisfactory work references
- Right to Work documentation
- Credit check clearance
