About the Role
The Pentecostal Light and Life Foundation is seeking a reliable Independent Contractor to provide professional cleaning and maintenance services for our educational complex. This is a contractual engagement for services, not an employment position.

Scope of Services
- General Cleaning: Dusting, wiping surfaces, and maintaining offices, classrooms, and common areas.
- Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of all floor surfaces.
- Restroom Sanitation: Daily cleaning, sanitizing, and replenishing of supplies.
- Waste Management: Collection and proper disposal of trash and recyclables.
- Glass Maintenance: Cleaning of windows, doors, and mirrors.

Requirements
Contractor Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial spaces or educational environments.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high professional standards.
- Physical ability to handle cleaning equipment and complete manual tasks safely.
Required Documentation
- Cover Letter & Resume
- Two (2) Letters of Recommendation (from a former client or a reputable referee)
- Copy of National ID (original to be presented at interview)
- Police Certificate of Good Character (required for selected applicants before contract signing)
