About Titan Facilities Services

Titan Facilities Services Ltd provides commercial cleaning, specialist domestic cleaning (including end of tenancy, after-builders, and Airbnb turnovers), and grounds maintenance for businesses, estates, and public sector sites across Berkshire, Surrey, and the wider South East. We're a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company, and this is a great opportunity to join us as we expand.

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced, reliable supervisor to oversee cleaning (and ideally grounds maintenance) jobs across our Berkshire sites. This is a hands-on role - you'll be visiting sites, supervising our cleaning and grounds teams, and getting stuck into cleans yourself, particularly during busier periods.

You'll play a key role in maintaining our quality standards, supporting and training team members, and being a trusted point of contact on-site for clients and operatives alike. For the right person, there's genuine scope to grow into a wider regional or operations management role as we expand across Berkshire and Surrey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit and supervise cleaning (and grounds maintenance, if applicable) jobs across Berkshire sites
  • Carry out hands-on cleaning work alongside the team, particularly during peak periods
  • Conduct site visits for new client requests or prospective clients, discussing requirements and assessing site conditions
  • Support, guide, and help train other cleaners and operatives to maintain consistent standards
  • Identify and help recruit new cleaners and operatives as the team grows
  • Ensure health & safety standards and correct PPE use are followed on-site
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients on-site, handling customer queries or complaints professionally and proactively
  • Record work and manage day-to-day activity using our scheduling and photo-documentation apps (Jobber and CompanyCam)
  • Report back on job quality, issues, and any site concerns

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
