Cleaning Manager – Llandrindod Wells
Location: Tesco, Waterloo Road, Llandrindod Wells, LD1 6BH
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Saturday, 7:00am – 12:00pm
We are a leading UK-wide facilities management company looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning operation at Tesco in Llandrindod Wells.
This is a hands-on management role where you will be responsible for delivering high cleaning standards, leading and supporting your team, and ensuring the site consistently meets both client and company expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, motivate, and support the on-site cleaning team.
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to the highest standards.
- Carry out regular quality audits and maintain compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Manage staff rotas, attendance, training, and performance.
- Monitor and order cleaning materials and consumables.
- Build and maintain a positive working relationship with the client.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a cleaning management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety and cleaning best practices.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
