We’re particularly interested in people with a strong background in soft services, ideally cleaning or specialist cleaning, who are comfortable managing multiple locations, dispersed teams, and a high-profile client relationship.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day performance of your portfolio, acting as a senior point of contact for Gymshark while providing leadership and support to your operational teams.
You’ll be visible across the sites you manage, building relationships, understanding what is happening operationally, and identifying opportunities to continually improve the service.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Building a strong partnership with Gymshark and ensuring contractual requirements and service standards are consistently achieved
- Leading, supporting, and developing Account Managers and operational teams across multiple locations

- Monitoring outstanding invoices and supporting the management of aged debt
- Ensuring compliance documentation, including RAMS, SSOW, and COSHH information, remains accurate and up to date
- Supporting Health & Safety across the portfolio, including toolbox talks, training, and appropriate reporting of accidents, incidents, and near misses
- Supporting the mobilisation of new services and locations, including TUPE consultation and integration of incoming teams
- Coordinating vehicles, equipment, maintenance, and PAT requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and the overall client experience

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
