Cleaning Manager | Mitie
📍 Location: Norwich, Norfolk (NR1 1EF)
🕐 Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
🏢 Position: Site-based, no travel required
About The Role
Mitie is seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to lead and coordinate a large on-site cleaning operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, achieving contractual service standards, managing cleaning teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and integrate multiple cleaning teams.
- Manage the overall cleaning function and service delivery.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and SLAs.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Manage cleaning supplies, ensuring appropriate cost, quality, and stock levels.
- Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
What Mitie Is Looking For
- Proven experience in a cleaning management role.
- Strong customer service background.
- Good knowledge of cleaning methods, procedures, and best practice.
- Understanding of health & safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Awareness of industry developments and innovations.
