Job Title: Male Cleaning Operative – Part-Time
Location: NW2 5JL
Job Type: Part-time, permanent
Working Hours: 24 hours per week
DBS Check: Required
Work Location: In person
About The Role
BugBusters UK Limited is looking for a reliable, experienced and hardworking Male Cleaning Operative to join our team and provide a high standard of cleaning and hygiene services at a commercial site in NW2.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment and must be able to work independently, follow instructions and consistently maintain high standards.
Working Hours
- Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 1:00pm – 5:00pm (4 hours per day)
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 1:00pm – 3:00pm (2 hours per day)
- Total: 24 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting.
- Clean and sanitise toilets, washrooms, break rooms and other designated areas.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with site procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises.
- Use cleaning products, materials and equipment safely and correctly.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is kept clean, secure and in good working condition.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report when stock needs replenishing.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards or defects to the supervisor/line manager.
- Follow all company, site and health & safety procedures.
- Complete cleaning duties within the allocated time and to the required standard.

Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is essential/preferred.
- Good knowledge of cleaning methods, products and equipment.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning.
- Good time-management and organisational skills.
- Physically able to carry out cleaning duties, including standing, bending, kneeling and lifting.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- A DBS check is required for this position.
- Basic spoken English is preferred.
