Multi-Skilled Operative
Job Title: Cleaning Operative
Rate of Pay: £14.80 per hour
Position Type: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 23:00 - 07:00, 5 days a week (shifts will be subject to roster and may include weekends)
Location: Transport for London, Blackhorse Road, Greater London, England E17 6JJ
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- General and deep cleaning of stations and buildings
- Training and full uniform will be provided
- Good time keeping, great communication skills, and immaculate attendance
Person Specification
- Outstanding communication skills both internal and external
- Good spoken and written English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proactive/can-do attitude to work
- Ability to work on own initiative and take full ownership of role
- Ability to follow process/instructions
- Good industrial cleaning experience
Licenses & Certification
- Sentinel Card (Desirable)

Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Follow Group and company policies and procedures at all times
- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received
- Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and/or via your divisional incident reporting system
