Temporary Cleaning Operative
£13.15 p/h
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Contract: On-site, Temporary Ongoing
Role Overview
We are looking for a Cleaning Operative to join a well-established manufacturing site in Wellingborough. This is a hands-on role working within a busy production environment, supporting the cleaning and preparation of steel moulds to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.

Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Cleaning Operative Duties
- Cleaning and preparing steel moulds ready for production
- Using wire brushes, polishing tools and other cleaning equipment
- Removing residue, debris and build-up from moulds and equipment
- Carrying out detailed cleaning checks to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Using hand tools safely and effectively
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working area
- Following all company health & safety procedures and site guidelines
- Working closely with the production team to support daily operations

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, warehouse or cleaning environment is desirable
- Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Confident using basic hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
