Location: Central London, NW1 2ST
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour PAYE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00pm – 7:00pm (5 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work within a secure banking environment in Central London.
This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time evening work who is comfortable working independently and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and security.
Duties will include:
- General office cleaning
- Cleaning desks, workstations and touch points
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning washrooms and toilet facilities
- Cleaning kitchens and communal areas
- Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
- Ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard
- Adhering to all health, safety and security procedures

Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as a lone worker
- Comfortable acting as a key holder and operating alarm systems where required
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to use a telephone-based time and attendance system
- Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided prior to induction
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Basic DBS check
- Successful candidates will be required to complete adverse financial screening as part of the pre-employment vetting process
- Candidates must be able to satisfy all security and compliance requirements associated with working within a banking environment
