Location: 80 High Street, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1LR
Pay Rate: £14.26 per hour (PAYE)
Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
- Saturday: 4:00pm – 7:00pm
- 13 hours per week
Contract: Temporary Holiday Cover (with the potential for future assignments)
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role
Concept Technical Resources are recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work at a prestigious high street banking site in Sevenoaks.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner looking for regular part-time hours within a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning office, customer and communal areas
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities
- Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Locking and securing the premises where required
- Following all site health and safety procedures

Essential Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to meet Barclays pre-employment compliance requirements, including:
- Right to Work in the UK
- Employment history verification
- Adverse financial check
- Comfortable working independently and as a lone worker
- Able to act as a key holder and operate an alarm panel where required
- Must use the client's telephone time and attendance system (mandatory)
- Reliable, trustworthy and professional with excellent attention to detail
