Position Overview
We are looking for a diligent and committed Cleaning Operative to join our Property team. This role involves both cyclical and reactive cleaning across Turning Tides residential and Hub services, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and reactive cleaning in communal areas
- Conduct VOID cleans to prepare vacant rooms for new occupants
- Execute touch point cleaning
- Undertake deep cleaning following significant maintenance work or incidents
- Adapt cleaning tasks to meet the specific needs of each service
- Assist the maintenance team by identifying issues during cleaning
- Take meter readings
- Ensure compliance with health and safety practices, as well as other organisational policies
About You
- Basic knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
- Experience delivering high-quality cleaning services
- Strong housekeeping and cleaning skills
- Commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
- Basic computer literacy
- Adaptable and responsive to the varying needs of different services

Location:
Across all West Sussex sites but based in Worthing.
A driving license is not essential but is considered desirable. To support you in traveling to our various locations, we are happy to make arrangements to assist with transportation.
Contract
37.5 hours per week available.
Part-time applications will be considered.
Salary
£24,784 for full-time hours
