Location: Radbroke Hall, Stocks Lane, Knutsford, WA16 9EU
Pay Rate: £14.26 per hour (PAYE)
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 5:00pm – 11:30pm
- 30 hours per week
Contract: Temporary (Sickness Cover)
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role
Concept Technical Resources are recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to work at a prestigious corporate banking campus based at Radbroke Hall, Knutsford.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional facilities management team on a temporary assignment with an immediate start.
Duties Include:
- General office and communal area cleaning
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Cleaning washrooms and welfare facilities
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste
- Cleaning kitchens and breakout areas
- Replenishing consumables
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Following all health and safety procedures

Essential Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to satisfy Barclays pre-employment compliance requirements, including:
- Right to Work in the UK
- Employment history verification - https://www.gov.uk/get-proof-employment-history
- Adverse financial check
- Reliable, professional and able to work to a high standard
- Own transport is essential, as the site is not easily accessible by public transport
- Applicants should ideally live within approximately 18 miles of the site to ensure a sustainable daily commute
