Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (PAYE)

Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work within a secure banking environment in Ullapool, Highland. This is a part-time temporary opportunity offering consistent weekday evening hours.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation while working independently in a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning of office and customer-facing areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning desks, workstations and touch points
- Cleaning kitchen and welfare facilities
- Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site
- Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns
- Ensuring all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored correctly

Candidate Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Comfortable working alone and taking responsibility for site security
- Must be willing to act as a key holder and operate alarm systems where required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional, reliable and punctual approach
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in the UK

Mandatory Requirements
Successful candidates must:
- Be comfortable using a telephone-based time and attendance system
- Be able to work as a lone worker
- Be willing to act as a key holder where required
- Be comfortable operating alarm systems
- Provide valid photographic identification prior to starting work
