Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work within a commercial office environment in Perth. This is an excellent temporary to permanent opportunity offering regular part-time evening hours and the potential for long-term employment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation while working safely and independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general office cleaning duties
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floor areas
- Cleaning desks, workstations, and touch points
- Cleaning kitchens, breakout areas, and welfare facilities
- Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the site
- Reporting maintenance issues and health and safety concerns
- Ensuring cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored correctly

Candidate Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Comfortable working as a lone worker
- Must be willing to act as a key holder and operate alarm systems where required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
