Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT1 4QG Position Type: Part time, Permanent 17.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 07.00-10.30m Salary: £12.71 per hour
Job Overview: To provide on-site cleaning support for the client. Represent ABM, ensuring the highest standard of service and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Key Responsibilities
Service Provision
- Ensure the correct cleaning methods are used at all times.
- Ensure equipment is kept clean and in good working order, reporting any defects to Supervisor/Manager immediately.
- Ensure compliance with Time & Attendance system on site.
- Have a professional approach to Clients, Colleagues, and Members of the Public at all times.
- Be flexible in your work and complete assigned duties.
- Ensure high standards are maintained at all times.
Personal Development
- Willingness to attend training programmes as requested.
- Willingness to take on new skills to enhance the company’s profile and service offering, as per training received.
Personal Impact
- Ensure full uniform and ID badges are worn at all times.
- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance at all times.
- Arrive on time for your shift.
Quality Management and Health and Safety
- Ensure compliance with and actively promote Health & Safety at work.
- Ensure all PPE is worn, where applicable.
- Report accidents, incidents, and near misses of any nature to your Line Manager immediately, or prior to end of the shift.

Other
- Support the growth of the business, where possible, by up-selling and cross-selling to the customer and by passing on potential sales leads.
- Support any customer initiatives which could lead to longer term benefits to both the customer and ABM.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as reasonably requested by a member of the ABM Management team.
Essential Criteria:
- Willing to work flexible hours.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to pass security requirements/vetting.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland/UK.
- Good written and spoken English.
Desired Qualifications:
- School leaving standard qualifications in Maths and English.
- Full clean driving licence.
Desired Experience:
- Experience within the relevant industry, or a similar environment.
- Time spent in a customer service environment.
- Experience working within a results-orientated environment.
