Summary
We are seeking a diligent Cleaning Operative to join our team in Abergavenny, this role is vital in helping us maintain our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction. You will contribute to creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in residential and commercial settings according to company standards.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Valid driving license is advantageous.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to cleaning.
- Flexibility to adapt to different client needs.

Hourly Rates
- From £13.50 to £19.00.
- Enhanced Pay for Weekends and Bank Holidays
- Paid Mileage at £0.55p per mile (HMRC approved rate)
- Paid Travel Time.
