Cleaning Operatives – Neasden, NW2
We are currently looking for experienced Cleaning Operatives to join a busy commercial site in Neasden, NW2.
This is a high-standard and demanding site, where hygiene, attention to detail and consistency are extremely important. We are looking for cleaners who are experienced, confident working independently and able to maintain a very high standard throughout their shift.
Available Shifts
Morning Shift
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- 20 hours per week
Main duties include:
- Cleaning toilets and replenishing supplies
- Kitchens
- Reception
- Meeting rooms
- Managing stock/consumables
- Regular coffee machine and kettle cleaning/descaling

Afternoon Shift
- Monday–Friday
- 1:30 PM–5:00 PM
- 17.5 hours per week
Main duties include:
- Maintaining kitchens and toilets
- Cleaning staircases and communal areas
- Checking meeting rooms
- Managing waste
- Keeping kitchens organized throughout the day
- Dishwashers and kitchen areas need regular attention
Evening Shift
- Monday–Friday
- 5:30 PM–8:30 PM
- 15 hours per week
Main duties include:
- Kitchen cleaning and dishwashers
- Office and communal area cleaning
- Vacuuming and mopping assigned floors
- Wiping desks and touchpoints
- Final kitchen checks
- The ground floor kitchen requires daily attention due to its high usage

- Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential
- Excellent spoken English is essential
- Strong attention to detail and high hygiene standards
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Comfortable working on a busy and demanding site
- Good knowledge of COSHH and the colour-coded cleaning system
- Able to follow detailed cleaning procedures and maintain consistency
- Working smartphone with mobile data
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable access to the site
