Role Description

The Cleaning Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Milton Keynes, responsible for overseeing all cleaning operations at a fast-paced, exciting environment, working 13.00 - 22.00 Monday - Friday. This role includes:

The Cleaning Site Manager monitors site performance, conducts inspections, manages stock and equipment, and ensures compliance with health and safety and environmental policies. The role also involves:

  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Handling queries and feedback
  • Producing basic reports on staffing, performance, and quality

The manager is expected to lead by example, promote best practices, and support continuous improvement in service delivery.

Hourly rate £16.38 plus other benefits to be discussed

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in cleaning operations management, including supervising teams and coordinating daily cleaning activities.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, cleaning standards, and environmental best practices within facilities or soft services.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and respond to changing site requirements.
  • Basic IT and reporting skills, including use of email, spreadsheets, and site management systems for tracking performance and compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams, fostering an inclusive and respectful working environment.
  • Experience in facilities management, cleaning services, or a related sector is highly beneficial; previous site management experience is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns as required by the site and a commitment to Churchill Group’s values of doing the right thing and continuous improvement.
