Cleaning Staff
Recruiting cleaning staff for a school-based role in Enfield, Middlesex. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working independently or as part of a small team within a busy school environment.
About the role: Role: Temporary, 6 months (with strong possibility of extension based on performance and school need) Hours: Monday–Friday, split shifts — 11:30–13:30 and 15:00–18:00 (approx. 4.5 hours/day) Start: Immediate
You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the school site, ensuring a safe, presentable environment for pupils, staff, and visitors throughout the day. Split shifts mean you'll be cleaning during a mid-day changeover window and again in the late afternoon/early evening once the school day winds down — useful if you're looking for work that fits around other commitments (school runs, second job, studies, etc.).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
