Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire
Salary: £15.25 per hour
Contract: Full time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday
Shift Options: 5:00am to 3:00pm or 10:00am to 6:00pm
Working Pattern: 52 weeks per year
Experience Required: Previous cleaning and supervisory experience
Start Date: September 2026
Lead From the Front
Claires Court is recruiting two Cleaning Supervisors to work across its three schools in Maidenhead.
This is a hands on supervisory role, leading and supporting the cleaning team while also taking an active part in the cleaning operation.
Two Shift Patterns Are Available
- 5:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
- 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

Both roles are permanent and work 52 weeks of the year.
What You’ll Be Doing
You Will
- Supervise and support the cleaning team
- Allocate work and monitor cleaning standards
- Work hands on alongside the team
- Train and induct new staff
- Manage cleaning stock, materials and equipment
- Ensure COSHH, PPE and health and safety procedures are followed
- Complete relevant checks and basic administration
- Report faults, hazards and maintenance issues
- Work closely with school and site teams

- An experienced cleaner
- Confident supervising a team
- Reliable and well organised
- Comfortable maintaining high standards
- Happy to work hands on
- Safety conscious
- Familiar with cleaning products, equipment and COSHH
- A clear and supportive communicator
