Permanent Opportunity - Cleaning Supervisor Site Based - £32,000

Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor looking for a role where you can focus on one site rather than juggling multiple contracts? Do you enjoy leading teams, maintaining high standards, and delivering excellent service in a corporate environment?

We are recruiting for a Site-Based Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operation within a prestigious 32,000 sq ft headquarters building. The site has recently been consolidated to include a dedicated events floor, creating a varied and fast-paced working environment.

Your Role

  • Managing the day-to-day cleaning operation across a 32,000 sq ft headquarters building
  • Leading a team of approximately 5 cleaners during the day and 11-12 cleaners on the evening shift
  • Ensuring the building, including the events floor, is maintained to the highest standards
  • Conducting regular quality inspections and audits
  • Managing staffing levels, recruitment, training and performance
  • Building strong relationships with the client and responding to operational requirements
  • Managing rotas and ensuring adequate cover across all shifts
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
  • Driving continuous improvement and maintaining exceptional service delivery

Required

This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend working. Flexibility is required to support the operation across the following shifts:

  • Early: 10:00am - 6:00pm
  • Mid: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
  • Late: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

About You

  • Previous experience managing cleaning operations within a commercial or corporate environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience managing large cleaning teams and maintaining high service standards
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proactive approach with the ability to manage changing priorities
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety and cleaning best practices
