Cleaning Supervisor
Location: LS10, Leeds
Salary: £16.01 per hour (paid monthly)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day working between 08:00 - 20:00
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at our client's new premises in LS10. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional facilities management team and make a real impact in maintaining high standards from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily cleaning operations
- Ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Supervising and supporting the cleaning team
- Conducting quality inspections
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client liaison
- Scheduling staff
- Managing supplies and equipment
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
- Addressing any issues promptly to maintain excellent service delivery

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in a cleaning supervisory or team leader role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of both spoken and written English for effective health and safety communication onsite
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills for effective client and team interaction
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and health and safety regulations
- Flexibility and a proactive, problem-solving approach
