Are you an experienced Cleaning Supervisor looking for a stable, site-based role where you can lead your own team and make a real impact? Do you enjoy maintaining high standards, supporting your team, and delivering an excellent cleaning service?
We are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operation at a single site in the LS9 area of Leeds.

Your Role
- Supervising the day-to-day cleaning operation across the site
- Leading, motivating and supporting a team of 4 cleaners
- Ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest cleaning standards
- Carrying out regular quality inspections and audits
- Managing rotas, holidays and staff cover
- Training new starters and supporting ongoing development
- Maintaining stock levels and ordering cleaning consumables when required
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
- Building positive relationships with the client and responding to any operational requirements

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
About You
- Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- High standards and excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to managing a cleaning operation
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and cleaning best practices
