We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operation at a single site just outside Leeds.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader who wants to step into a role with real responsibility, a stable working pattern and no travelling between multiple contracts.
You'll be responsible for leading a small, established team of four cleaners, maintaining high standards and working closely with the client to ensure the site consistently meets expectations.

Your Role
As Cleaning Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the cleaning operation, ensuring your team has everything they need to deliver consistently high standards.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Supervising the daily cleaning operation across the site
- Leading, motivating and supporting a team of 4 cleaners
- Ensuring all areas are maintained to a consistently high standard
- Carrying out regular quality checks, inspections and audits
- Managing rotas, holidays and staff cover
- Training new starters and supporting team development
- Monitoring cleaning standards and addressing any issues quickly
- Managing stock levels and ordering cleaning consumables
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed
- Building a positive relationship with the client and responding to operational requirements
- Taking ownership of the overall presentation and cleaning standards across the site
Working Hours
- 4 days on / 4 days off
- 6:00am – 6:00pm

About You
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is confident leading a small team.
You'll Ideally Have
- Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaning Team Leader or similar
- Experience managing or supervising cleaning teams
- Strong people-management and leadership skills
- High standards with excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and cleaning best practices
- The confidence to take ownership of a site and deal with day-to-day operational issues
