Job Description
Kindred are looking for a hardworking and reliable cleaning supervisor to be based in an educational building located in Chelmsford.
Pay rate: £13.67 per hour.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:00-18:00
Location: Dickens Pl, Chelmsford CM1 4UU

As a key leader in our on-site operations, you will:
- Empower and motivate your team through comprehensive training and ongoing support.
- Conduct thorough inspections, ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations and our rigorous quality standards.
- Efficiently manage stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies, optimising resources.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules, allocating tasks to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.
Minimum requirements:
- Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
- Must be able to commit to working hours as these hours are fixed.
- Can reliably commute to the site location.
- Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
- Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
- An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement.
