Cleaning Supervisor – Healthcare
Pay Rate: £13.86 per hour
Working Hours: Permanent, Part-Time 17.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (No weekends!)
Location: Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich (NR6 5BE)

Join G4S Facilities Management at Hellesdon Hospital as a Cleaning Supervisor. In this key role, you will oversee daily healthcare cleaning operations, ensuring our team maintains a pristine, safe, and hygienic environment for patients, clinical staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate your cleaning team to help them grow and succeed.
- Operational Quality: Oversee daily cleaning services in designated hospital areas to ensure strict compliance with healthcare hygiene standards.
- Resource Management: Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and manage stock levels to keep operations running seamlessly.
- Continuous Improvement: Solve day-to-day operational challenges and proactively address feedback to elevate service quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in professional cleaning with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to give clear direction.
- Attributes: Reliable, conscientious, and proactive with a keen eye for detail in critical healthcare settings.
