Lead by example and help create outstanding learning environments
Stamford College is seeking a proactive and motivated Cleaning Team Leader to join our Estates team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with cleaning, facilities or supervisory experience who enjoys leading a team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations. As a working supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our College and Borderville sites are safe, welcoming and maintained to the highest standards for students, staff and visitors.

Enjoy greater flexibility outside of term time. During term time, the role works Monday to Friday from 12:00-8:30pm, ensuring our facilities are maintained to the highest standard for students and staff. During college holiday periods, there is increased flexibility around working hours to support both operational requirements and work-life balance.

About the Role

As Cleaning Team Leader, you will coordinate and support a team of cleaners, ensuring cleaning schedules are delivered effectively and standards remain consistently high across our sites.
This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, carrying out cleaning duties alongside supervisory responsibilities including planning, training, quality monitoring and staff support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
