Cleaning Team Leader
We're looking for an experienced Cleaning Team Leader to lead, support, and develop our cleaning team within one of the world's most iconic retail environments. You'll play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards across our store while motivating your team to deliver a safe, welcoming, and immaculate environment for customers and colleagues every day.
Shift working hours are 1 pm to 9:30 pm, working 5 days over 7, including 1 in every 2 weekends.

About the Role
You'll be an experienced Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaning Team Leader, or Facilities Team Leader who enjoys leading people and setting high standards.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience supervising or leading a cleaning team.
- Experience working in a retail, hospitality, facilities management, or commercial environment.
- Strong people leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive approach and the confidence to make decisions independently.
- Good knowledge of cleaning practices, health & safety requirements, and safe use of equipment and chemicals.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work the required shift pattern, including alternate weekends.

About You
You will be a strong leader with previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or team leader, ideally in a retail or commercial environment. You will have good knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and health & safety regulations, along with the ability to work independently and use initiative to resolve issues. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required.
