Job Description

As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will oversee the cleanliness of our offices, assess and develop staff performance to support the Company’s operation in Manchester.

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of cleaning services, ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner and to the required standard. All cleaning tasks will be monitored to ensure compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.

Leading a team of cleaners, you will develop the team by carrying out regular reviews, providing feedback and briefing sessions, and setting clear, measurable and achievable objectives.

You will also maintain an up-to-date knowledge of equipment, PPE and COSHH standards required to complete the cleaning role.

The role is offered on a full-time basis, typically working Monday-Friday between 9:00 – 17:30pm.

Qualifications

  • Professional cleaning experience.
  • Full understanding of COSHH.
  • Able to deal with performance issues.
  • Experience in the performance and development of staff, including objective setting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Efficient and effective team management skills.
  • Understand Health and Safety guidelines and expectations.
  • Competent IT skills.
