A global leader in pharmaceutical and biotechnology is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join its specialist production team. An excellent opportunity to work within a highly regulated GMP environment, supporting the manufacture of innovative products used across research and diagnostics.

Your new role
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out synthesis, purification, formulation and quality control activities in accordance with GMP and GDP requirements. Working within ISO 5 and ISO 7 clean room environments, you will support the production of high-quality products while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:
- Operating manufacturing and purification equipment, including HPLC systems.
- Performing routine quality control checks and product testing.
- Supporting formulation activities using UV-Vis spectroscopy.
- Completing manufacturing documentation to GMP/GDP standards.
- Maintaining cleanroom standards and equipment through routine cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Assisting with investigations, deviations and process improvements.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in scientific discipline or previous experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical or cleanroom manufacturing.
- Experience working within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Familiarity with laboratory or manufacturing equipment such as HPLC, AKTA systems, spectroscopy or similar analytical instruments.
- Experience safely handling chemicals or hazardous materials.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with SAP, TrackWise or similar systems would be advantageous.
