Clerical Assistant

Required to work 20 hours per week at Glan Clwyd Hospital for the Facilities Team, working hours 9am to 1 pm or 8am to 12pm as per needs of service, Monday to Friday.

To be an effective member of the clerical team and to assist with the provision of a comprehensive clerical and office support service to the locality based Facilities team, supporting their day-to-day responsibilities to ensure that priorities are delivered accurately, timely and effectively. This will cover Catering, Domestic Services, and Portering services.

  • ECDL or equivalent experience of working with Microsoft Packages to include Excel and word.
