Substantive
Full Time – 36 hours per week
Band 2 - Salary Range £26,696 - £28,988 per annum
Distant Island Allowance of £2,578 per annum
A vacancy has arisen for a Clerical Officer (Records Destruction Clerk) at the Gilbert Bain Hospital. As a records clerk, job duties include:
- Scanning patient records
- Verifying documents
- Preparing files for archiving or disposal
- Maintaining a records inventory process or file management system
- Providing an efficient service to support the delivery of clinical care
Interested? If so you will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of working independently as well as working effectively in a team
- Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail
- A good standard of general education
- Computer literacy
