This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic member of the administration team who is passionate about the delivery of a high quality service.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Significant experience in administrative duties
- Good customer care skills
- Experience of dealing with enquiries either by telephone or face to face
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent level of experience in administration and office procedures
- Good typing/keyboard skills

The post holder is responsible for:
- Ensuring the provision of an efficient clinical support service including Reception/Contact Centre service
- Undertaking the administrative duties associated with medical and nurse clinics
- Maintaining the medical records filing systems
