Clerk of Works – Site Inspection & Quality Management – Manchester
Manchester | Up to £49,000 | Remote working
Hunter Dunning is working with a client to recruit a Clerk of Works covering residential and commercial projects across Manchester. You will monitor workmanship, materials, compliance and progress across new-build and refurbishment schemes, from foundations through to final snagging.

Your Experience
- Previous Clerk of Works or site inspection experience
- Strong residential new-build inspection experience
- Knowledge of construction materials, trades and methods
- Ability to identify defects and snagging issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office reporting tools
- Consultancy, housing association, local authority, quality management or warranty inspection experience

- Salary up to £49,000
- Company car or £5,000 car allowance
- Paid at 45p per mile
- 25 days’ holiday, increasing to 30
