Department: Operations

Reporting to: Operations Team Lead

Location: Exeter (In-Office)

Salary: £26,000 plus a competitive uncapped bonus package

You Will Need

As a Client Accommodation Consultant at Situ, you play a vital part in turning enquiries into bookings through outstanding service, commercial awareness, and effective relationship building.

You will:

  • Respond quickly and proactively within agreed SLAs, maintaining speed and accuracy
  • Understand client preferences, pressures, and booking behaviours
  • Deliver efficient, tailored solutions that build trust and drive retention
  • Develop strong relationships with our property partners
  • Negotiate competitive rates, favourable terms, and availability to meet client needs while protecting margin
  • Work closely with the Commercial, Supply Chain, and Guest Care teams to support account growth and ensure a seamless booking journey
  • Take ownership of the solution, the relationship at booking stage, and the booking outcome

Working with a high degree of ownership, you'll manage enquiries end-to-end, balancing responsiveness, accuracy, and attention to detail while consistently meeting agreed performance standards and conversion targets.

A conversation-first approach is encouraged. Phone conversations are expected to be used proactively to accelerate decision-making, build trust, explore customer needs, and provide a personalised service that supports successful booking outcomes.
