Our client is seeking a confident, personable, and commercially minded Customer Account, Marketing & Business Development Executive to join their established premium transport business.
Serving corporate, private, luxury, and VIP clients across London and the South East, they are looking for someone who can combine customer account management, business development, marketing, and practical use of AI.
This is a varied, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys building relationships, converting opportunities, and taking ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking.
- Prepare, send, and actively follow up quotations.
- Build relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Attend occasional client meetings and represent the business professionally.
- Create practical marketing and social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve customer communication, marketing, and day-to-day efficiency.
- Maintain accurate customer records and monitor opportunities, conversion, and repeat business.

Key Attributes
- Previous experience involving account management, sales/business development, customer retention, or relationship management. Experience within a premium, service-led environment would be advantageous.
- Confident and professional with customers, both on the phone and face-to-face.
- Commercially aware and comfortable following up opportunities.
- Well organised and able to manage multiple enquiries.
- Confident using AI in a practical business environment.
- Comfortable creating straightforward social media and marketing content.
- Well-presented and capable of meeting clients independently.
- A self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done.
