About the Role
We're looking for a commercially minded relationship builder to join our team as a Client Account Manager in Leeds. In this role, you'll partner with an established portfolio of customers, helping them get maximum value from their LexisNexis solutions while identifying opportunities to expand usage and support their evolving business needs. You'll build trusted customer relationships, drive engagement and adoption, and play a key role in retaining and growing existing accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a Customer Success, Client Success, Account Management or SMB Account Management background who enjoys working closely with customers, solving problems and identifying growth opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers, building strong long-term relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Support customer retention by ensuring customers achieve value from their LexisNexis solutions.
- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption, expand usage and introduce relevant additional solutions.
- Lead renewal conversations and coordinate customer engagement activities throughout the account lifecycle.
- Understand customer challenges, goals and priorities, demonstrating how our products can support their success.
- Monitor account activity, customer engagement and usage trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience through regular customer contact and proactive account management.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing and Strategy teams to share customer insights and help shape go-to-market activity.
- Stay informed about market developments and educate customers on industry trends and best practices.
You'll likely have:
- Experience managing relationships with business customers in a SaaS, technology, subscription or professional services environment.
- A track record of retaining, growing or developing existing customer accounts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to spot opportunities to expand customer value.
- Good organisation, time management and planning skills.
- Experience using customer data, insights or account information to support customer conversations and decision-making.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
