The Vacancy
If you're someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and making sure clients feel looked after, this could be a great fit. We're looking for a Client Account Manager to join the team at ASK4, working across a portfolio of clients to deliver excellent service and keep things running smoothly.
About the role
ASK4 provides high-speed connectivity to residential developments across the UK and Europe — think student accommodation, build-to-rent, and beyond. As a Client Account Manager, you'll be the day-to-day point of contact for a set of assigned clients, owning their service experience from induction through to ongoing relationship management. You'll handle escalations, run service reviews, spot trends in the data, and work closely with internal teams to make sure client needs are being met. You'll also support the Strategic Account Directors with client retention and growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
