Client Accountant
Birmingham | Hybrid Working (Office & Home)
£36,000
Outsource is partnering with a leading international property and real estate services firm to recruit a Client Accountant for its Birmingham office. This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant with a background in Property Accounting, Client Accounting, or Management Accounting to join a well-established finance team supporting a varied property portfolio.

Key Requirements:
- Experience within Property Accounting, Client Accounting, or Management Accounting
- Strong reconciliation, reporting, and ledger management skills
- Confident liaising with stakeholders and resolving financial queries
- Good Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
- Experience with property management/accounting systems would be advantageous
- Yardi experience is a nice-to-have, but by no means essential
