Client Accountant

Central London | Hybrid Working | £45,000–£60,000 + Benefits

A fast-growing, private equity-backed property management business is looking to appoint a Client Accountant to join its expanding finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a commercially focused organisation that is investing heavily in its people, systems, and future growth. Working closely with the wider finance and property management teams, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts while helping to drive improvements across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts across a diverse property portfolio.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly client reports, reconciliations, and year-end statements.
  • Produce service charge budgets, reconciliations, and accounts.
  • Monitor client bank accounts, cash flow, and expenditure.
  • Work closely with Property Managers to resolve accounting queries and provide financial insight.
  • Support the year-end audit process and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and accounting standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
