About Us
Help business owners feel more confident about their numbers.
At Fresh Clarity we believe accountancy is about people first.
Yes, we prepare accounts, VAT Returns and tax returns. But what really matters is helping business owners understand their numbers, make better decisions, and feel more confident about running their business. Our clients don’t want an accountant who appears once a year and then disappears again.
They want someone who explains things clearly, communicates proactively and genuinely cares about helping them succeed.
Overview
This is a varied role covering bookkeeping, VAT Returns, month-end reporting, year-end accounts and corporation tax preparation.
You’ll work directly with a portfolio of clients whilst becoming a trusted member of our small, friendly team.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running technically and is ready to take ownership of their workload from day one.
Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly and helping clients feel supported.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
