CLIENT ACCOUNTANT

Trinity Estates
Competitive
Hybrid - Hemel Hempstead (HP2 7DN)

Role Overview

You will join a supportive, people-focused finance team at Trinity Estates, taking ownership of a portfolio of client accounts for residential developments. Working in a hybrid pattern from our Hemel Hempstead office (HP2 7DN) and from home, you will deliver accurate, timely reporting and hands-on support to property managers, clients, and residents.

This is a role where your attention to detail and service mindset really matter. You will be trusted to manage end-to-end accounting cycles for your portfolio, keep cashflow healthy, and present clear financial insights that help teams make informed decisions. In return, you’ll gain exposure to a varied portfolio and structured processes within a growing, well-supported group environment.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Most days, you will prepare and review service charge accounts, reconcile client money, and produce accurate reports and packs to deadlines. You will collaborate closely with property managers, answer queries from clients and residents, and liaise with auditors to ensure clean year-end sign-offs. You will continuously improve data quality, processes, and controls to keep things running smoothly.

What Success Looks Like

  • You deliver error-free service charge accounts and reports to agreed timelines, every time.
  • You keep ledgers, bank reconciliations, and cashflow fully up to date with clear audit trails.
  • You communicate proactively with property managers and clients, resolving queries quickly and well.
  • You spot variances and trends early, offering practical recommendations to improve performance.
  • You manage busy periods confidently, prioritising effectively without compromising quality.
  • You contribute to process improvements that simplify work and strengthen financial controls.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
