Temporary Client Accountant – Qube / Three-Way Reconciliations
Location: London
Rate: £300–£350 per day
Contract: Temporary / Interim
Start: ASAP
We are working with an established property management business seeking an experienced Client Accountant for a specialist temporary assignment. The successful candidate will support the existing accounts team with the completion and implementation of monthly three-way client account reconciliations within Qube, ensuring a robust and repeatable process is in place going forward. This role requires someone who has personally completed three-way reconciliations in Qube and is confident investigating and resolving reconciling items, rather than simply overseeing the process.

Key Responsibilities
- Review the existing client accounting and reconciliation process
- Complete three-way client account reconciliations within Qube
- Investigate and resolve reconciling items and discrepancies
- Help establish a robust monthly reconciliation process
- Provide hands-on guidance and training to the existing accounts team
- Support appropriate client money controls and processes
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong property client accounting experience
- Hands-on experience using Qube / MRI Qube
- Demonstrable experience personally completing three-way reconciliations
- Strong knowledge of client bank accounts and client money
- Experience identifying and clearing reconciling items
- Understanding of RICS client money requirements
- Confidence training and guiding an existing accounts team
- Availability to start at short notice
