About the Role

Our most important promise to our landlords is simple: they are paid on time, every time - or proactively informed if there is an exceptional reason why they won’t be. The Senior Client Accounts role is ultimately accountable for ensuring this standard is delivered without exception.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Client Accounts professional to lead our Client Accounts team.

This is not a traditional accounting role. We operate in a fast-paced property management environment where service, communication and accuracy are equally important. We’re looking for someone who thrives in that environment - someone who can make sound decisions, prioritise effectively and keep the department moving without ever compromising compliance or attention to detail.

This is a hands-on leadership position. Whilst you will be responsible for the performance and development of the Client Accounts team, you will also work alongside them every day. You’ll lead from the front, support the operation during busy periods and set the standard for service, accountability and professionalism.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t pass problems on - they own them until they’re resolved.

Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Client Accounts professional, you’ll be responsible for leading our Client Accounts function for the Group whilst remaining actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the department.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
